suggest you check the float assembly for being stuck or jammed in the up position(located in the front right bottom of the tub assembly).this will not allow the unit to fill with water. You may also want to check and insure the hot water supply to the unit is turned on. if those checks are OK, you will need to remove the lower access panel and check the float switch operation and circuit. then check the water valve coil/solenoid (located on the left side frame) circuits using a multi meter. If the unit does not fill with water the spray arms will not rotate/circulate.
Thanks! Adjusted the float and water is now filling up and the lower arm in moving. The upper arm is still not moving. Any suggestions are appreciated.
