The dishwasher fills with water and it sounds like its going through the cycles. The water bubbles through the spray arm like water through a water fountain and the arms do not spin. When it comes to the rinse cycle, the water from the initial start does not drain and more water is added. but after the water is added, the machine does not operate past that and RINSE light indicator remains on.
Please advise. Thanks!
