We have a Maytag Quiet Series 200 dishwasher that is now making a grating noise. I stopped it but couldn’t find anything that was interferring with the spray arms. Restarted it and ran it and it continued through the entire cycle. When we went to empty it, we found the soap packet in the silverware compartment unused.
