The dishwasher started making loud noises. Opened door to check and shut again a couple times. noise came back then washer just stopped. I discovered that a plant saucer with small (1" x 1/4’) tiles had been loaded in washer and some tiles had come off. I suspect this may have something to do with it. I have unplugged, scooped out some of the water but can’t find any tiles. Where did they go? What can I do next?
