Dishwasher not draining

We’ve had this Maytag dishwasher for a couple of months (used, given to us). It stopped draining at the end of the cycle a week or so ago. I would have to start a new cycle and then it would drain and I’d stop it. A couple of days ago, that stopped working. I dug into it, cleaned all the filters (which were gross and clogged) and it still isn’t working. New water will come in, but no other parts are working - it will just click through the cycle. At this point I’m thinking it’s the motor, as it doesn’t look like it’s turning the shaft at all. Does this sound right? is there anything else I should check? is there any other way to troubleshoot this? I found a motor available at one place online - how easy is it to replace? I wouldn’t mind giving up and just getting a new dishwasher, I was just hoping this one would last a couple more months!
