I used my ohm meter to check the resistance on the heating element and the high temperature thermostat. Both appear to be functioning correctly.
Another post (Maytag dishwasher not drying) answered that question.
What I am wondering is if I check the terminals on my control panel that go to the heater element should there be resistance? Is that a way to diagnose if the control panel needs to be replaced?
