I ordered new dish racks for my Kenmore dishwasher. I am having problem with the upper rack (part AP3096553). I can not get the spray arm removed from the old upper rack to put on the new rack. The spray arm part is AP3130811. I have seen several questions about this, but no answer about the spray arm.
