I have a Kenmore QuietGuard 3 that stopped, it seems, during rinse cycle as there was still water in the bottom. The unit will not start and there are no lights. I checked for blockage in the bottom but everything is cleared. Could it possibly be the fuse in the control panel or is there something else I should be looking for. I have also checked the power source and it is ok. Thx
