I have a friend that has a Maytag Quiet Series 100 Model number MDB5600AWW i can see that it gets water thru the air water inlet but the spray arms are not moving at all.No water comes out of them at all.They turn manually but not when machine is on.I have cleaned the filter.Have no idea what could be the problem.
