Does my dishwasher have a filter on it? It sounds and looks like it is getting enough water would a filter restrict the water flow? My wife says she doesn’t think the lower spray arm is working because it is always in the same spot when she starts the dishwasher and she opens it back up. I thought maybe a filter might restrict water from going through the arm it turns really free by hand.(nothing restrictive about it.)
