Door boot replacement

I have CRTF1240AS0 Frigidaire washer. I need to replace door boot.
I tried to remove the front panel but It looks not as easy as I see on you tube for other brands. When I was cleaning around the boot, spring just came out and I have to remove everything to put it back the new one

  1. How can I remove the control panel?
  2. how can I replace the door boot?
