door leak and dishwasher won't drain

I bought dishwasher from friend. Had a handyman install along with new sink and disposal. After installed, door leaks steady drip at right corner, irregular drip at left corner. Have already replaced rubber "boots" where door closes into, still dripping. Also, unit will not drain at end of cycle.
