I’ve had drainage problems before and have managed to remove whatever was blocking the drain tube and things went back to working fine.
Same issue today, except now the door latch won’t latch, so the cycle won’t start up.
Look inside that bottom panel and see if there is a tech sheet which will show you some trouble shooting methods. Try to check the door lock mechanism as that is your likely culprit.
