Double Wall Oven

First Microwave Won’t Heat Items, the table turns as heating the timer work, but UNIT DOES NOT HEAT, Thankgiving DAY the oven stop heating when u turn it on it starts at 100 and the tempature never advances because the oven dosen’t get hot all the controls, but the elements don’t come on. This is a double wall unit with both on the same control panel. If some have any ideal what causing the problem i would love to know. HELP!
