Help! I pushed the button to lower my Thermador Cook 'n Vent and the edge of it caught on a cup. I pushed the button again to shut it off and now nothing works! I un-plugged it to see if maybe it would re-set…but nothing. So, it won’t go up or down and the blower part won’t turn on either. Any suggestions before calling a repair person?
