My Dryer Won’t Advance Through The Cycle And It Blows Cold Air Only, Could The Element Cause This? Or Could It Be The Timer Too?

Its A Whirlpool Electric Dryer That Won’t Advance And It Blows Cold Air

My Whirlpool Dryer is doing the same thing, It doesn’t cool and the Timer / Cycle button stays in the same position. I’m checking around the internet today and if i find out anything I’ll let ya know.
