our dryer will not start, when you open the door the light is on, it just won’t start, can anyone help?
First you will want to check the door switch for continuity. To do this you will need to take out the screws that are under the lint filter door and pop up the top which will give you access to the door switch.
If the door switch is ok, take off the back and check the thermal fuses/thermostats for continuity. You should find your answer when you have an open component.
