We bought a frigidaire washer and dryer about 5 yrs ago now. My dryer is not heating up. I want to inquire about it but cannot find the model number as it is wore out on the inside door. Is there somewhere else it mightbe hidden?
Probably not, is any part of the number still visible? Do you know if it’s an Affinity? If you bought it as a matched set, give me the washer model number and I’ll see what I can do.
You could open up the control console and see if there is a part number on the timer.

The washer and dryer were a matching set. The washer model number ATF7000S1.
I know the problem is not the ignitor. It will sometimes light up. I have been able to dry a load of laundry once since the problem. Most times, itjust won’t fire. Other times, it might fire but briefly.
It sounds like it’s gas dryer. Replace the split coils on the valve.
