My dryer stopped heating and the Timer stopped turning. It just turns, will not automaticly stop and will not heat.

1st, Check BOTH circut breakers in the home, If they are both OK, pull the rear panel off, If you have a volt-ohm meter, check the heater, and thermostats, The upper thermostat on the top of the heater can is MY #1 suspect.
