Maytag LDG712 dries clothes very well in a normal amount of time, but never shuts off, either in the electronic sensor mode or using the timer. Timer advances, but stops just short of turning off. Timer replaced, but dryer exhibits same behavior. Do the "printed circuit board" or "electronic control" parts shown in the appliance diagram for this model turn off the dryer once time or dryness level reached? Can’t be the timer causing the problem since I replaced it. If it won’t stop when using a "timed setting", can’t be automatic dry sensor. Any idea what’s wrong?
