dryer won't stop running!

My GE dryer model DX4500EA1WW will not stop drying. For start I thought it was the timer( because it stay at the same spot it start), but after a brand new part replaced, it still act the same. the timer seem to stuck wherever it start. I’m now not sure that it’s the timer or anything else, please help.

In deed the timed dry cycle is working perfectly good. Only the automatic part that’s not function. I’ll check the element and report back.
Big THANKs,

I took my dryer apart to get the heating element out so I could replace it now I don’t remember which wires go where. I have looked at parts diagrams and wiring diagrams but I don’t understand the wiring diagrams nor can I read the fine print on the wiring diagrams.
