i bought this used side by side and the man told me the freezer gets warm occasionally and if u unplug and plug back up a couple hours later it goes back to cooling no problem but this happens over and over also there are small ice crystals that fall from ice dispenser hole is open and can see the freexer if you look up into it like a flap or door isnt closing
