The control panel display goes dark often, especially when the range is hot and has been on for some time. If I grasp the top panel and move it, the display usually returns, but not at full strength. The display seems like it is only 50% lit. (as a series of dots, not full green numbers). The oven continues to operate but the display is off. 1. Does this part have to be replaced, or will it continue as it has for some time? 2. Is your P/N AP4102723 the correct replacement for my range S/N 10C806368265? 3. Can this part be replaced by myself (good mechanical and electrical knowledge)? 4. Are there detailed testing instructions that I could do to determine the condition or problem with the present part (I have a multitester)? 5. Are there detailed installation instructions? 6. Is there any guarantee that this is the correct part for this range and that this part will correct the problem? Thanks for your help.
