Hello i have a maytag neptune front load washer, i am getting a error code what looks like tE (or upside down F with a E) i looked it up online and it to the heater thermostor. it stats this device is optional is there anyway to bypass this device or do i need to replace it. or is the error code referring to something else that i have missed . i have checked the voltage from the c3 board and i am getting 0VDC
