Good afternoon. the short version of the story is. my side to side stop blowing cold air inside the box, so the refrigerator side got warm and the top of the freezer melted.
per your recommendation we replace the mother board (which was under guarantee as I replaced it three months ago) but it didn’t solve the problem, so I called a technician, they came by and review my fridge, he mentioned the compressor, soils, everything were working fine BUT he said the evaporator fan is not receiving voltage, so he recommended the mother board to be changed, again.
So we did, received the part and installed, and again, it didn’t work. It is hard to believe two mother boards had exactly the same defect, so I blame this problem now to something else, which I don’t know what it could be. so, I need your help. what it could be causing the evaporator fan not to receive voltage when the mother board was replaced and seems not to be the problem?
Thanks a lot!
