washer has min. amount of water seems to be stuck in cycle washes for a few sec. pauses and repeats same in 5. min and i dont have diag. chart

My washing machine (Frigidaire FWT867GHSO) seems to be stuck in the wash cycle. The rise cycle does not start, there’s no new water coming in, and no draining of the sudsy water.
