F08 and E02 Error codes???

The washer will stop after 6 or 7 minutes and beep and flash F08 and E02
codes. I’ve checked all the lines, filters, dispenser tray, pressure switch (replaced that ) checked pressure hose, checked all electrical connections, and both water supply lines are clear no kinks all filters clear. I guess I’m down to the dispenser motor, the water inlet valves or the mother board. Anyone have this problem??? I see different things on the F08 code but nothing on the E02 code.

Thanks for any suggestions

I just started getting the same error code F08 and E02 on Friday (yesterday). The water doesn’t seem to be filling from the top of the soap dispenser tray. I hear a clicking sound in there whether I have the tray in or out.

Did you ever come up with a solution to this issue?

like all useless forums I have to answer my own questions. I removed the back panel and top panel of the washer. On the under side of the top panel I found a "for service technician’s user only" manual. Opened it up to the fault code service section. F8E2 is DISPENSER SYSTEM ERROR - Dispenser motor is unable to reach the desired position. Possible causes: Check the mechanical linkage from the dispensor motor to top of dispenser. See TEST 12 (Dispensor Distribution System) on page 21. Someone else can post to contents of Page 21. Good luck.

Yes, it is a dispenser system error. The technician manual says to check the mechanical linkage from dispenser motor to top of dispenser.

However, in my case this page from whirlpool was helpful:
https://www.whirlpool.com/product-help/whirlpool-duet-front-load-washer-with-f8-e2-error-code/PH5260/

It says a common solution for this error (f8 e2) is:
The detergent drawer or detergent cartridge might be clogged with detergent. Clean out the detergent cartridge per Use and Care Instructions.
If cleaning the detergent cartridge did not correct the problem, please contact us.

So I washed out my dispenser and now it’s working again.

When I first cleaned the dispenser tray, the washer worked, but then failed again with the same error on the next load. After a little more research, I finally decided it was the dispenser motor / switch. It is part number W10352973 on my washer. I ordered it from Amazon. A few days later, I installed it - which was very easy, and it’s been working great ever since.
