The lower numbers on control pane quit responding in 2007. Repair person looked at the but did not repair it. Now I get a beeping, error code f1-7 and the oven does not function. Turned off the breaker for hours the problem comes right back. Control pad? Electronic control?

To determine wich part is at fault you need to run a control panel continuity test. Pull out the flex ribbon from the control board connector and using the multimeter check as follow -
pad 1 pins 7-8
pad 2 pins 14-15
pad 3 pins 10-14
pad 4 pins 6-7
pad 5 pins 6-8
pad 6 pins 5-6
pad 7 pins 4-5
pad 8 pins 4-6
pad 9 pins 3-4
pad 0 pins 3-6
All of them should have continuity. If that is correct - replace the control board 74007234
If any of the keys won’t have continuity - replace the control panel or membrane 74005747
