Maytag Range Oven (bake / broil / clean) will not work - I just get a F3 error code and a beeping -

I checked all the connection on the circuit board to make sure they were tight and a visual inspection -

Is this the circuit board ?

If the sensor checks out OK then odds are that the control board has a problem.
