fills with water, then motor comes on for 3 seconds, shuts off

I can hit any wash cycle and the machine fills with water like normal, but when the motor kicks in, it will run for 3 seconds then shuts off, it does this 4 or 5 times and then everything shuts off. I’ve tried turning breaker off to reset, no luck. cleaned ribbon on control panel, no luck. I’m out of ideas.

Hello,

Remove the toe panel and check for any water marks on the motor.

Run the dishwasher and check the motor temperature on touch when it stops.

Post the results.
