If the stove consistenty turns off at the same wrong temperature, the electronic module is probably bad.
To confirm, check the ohms per resistance chart. For example, if it is 1kohm at room temperature, it should measure around 1350 ohms at 200 degrees and 1753 ohms at 400 degrees. If the probe consistently measures the proper value at one of these temperatures, but the oven shuts off at a way different temperature, you have a bad electronic module, it’s comparison bridge circuit is bad. The probe is ok.
All the probes probably use the same sensing material, so if it is a 10kohm probe, it should read 13500 at 200 degrees and 17530 ohms at 400 degrees
