My food is freezing in the fridge. There is only one thermostat that controls both the fridge and freezer. The vents are not blocked, icemaker works fine. I keep turning the thermostat one notch warmer, but food and drinks still freezing? Someone told me I should actually turn the thermostat to a colder setting, not warmer??? I can feel and hear airflow in both fridge and freezer.
