new light switch in fridge, lights do not work in fridge ,freezer, ice and water at door. bulbs all good. prongs good at bases also cannot get the circulatin fan to work when i turn up the frigde t-stat the fan runs when you plug in unit then when you turn up the t-stat it stuts off. any ideas
