9 year old Kenmore 106.71182100. Both the freezer and refrigerator are no longer cold as they should be. I’ve thoroughly cleaned the coils. The fan runs, but ice cream is melting, and fridge is not as cold as it should be. I tried setting the controls to each at max, but that did not help. What are the most likely possibilities? Thank you.
