Our fridge/freezer quit cooling. the evap fan works. compressor gets hot to the touch. I can’t find the compressor relay to attempt to check it. My model has the capacitor that plugs in to the Starter-PTC.

Is there any clicking noise near the compressor? A lot of frost or ice build up on the inside rear wall of the freezer?
The start PTC is usually connected to the relay.
