Ongoing issue every summer, freezer stops freezing no matter what temperature I set, or how many times I hit fast freeze button. Also under the fresh food draw, every week or so it fills with water, dump it and it comes back like clockwork. The refrig side is OK otherwise, and in winter months, I get ice, but not automatically, this too quit a year ago.
Any ideas, it sounds like defroster heater is not working and an ice buildup may be blocking cold air to freezer, and then when it defrosts up top in refrig, the water collects in tray area under fresh food drawer? I have unplugged a few times to see if it resets, but doesn’t seem to solve problem for very long.
