Not sure why, but this morning the re was a loud sound coming from my frezer. It is a side by side model (I am not sure on the model number but it is about 5 years old or so).When the frezer door is opened the sound gets louder. Anyone have any Ideas? Thanks
if there is a build up of ice what is the next step?

Thats my problem…bearings going out or fan hitting…I have a Kitchen Aide, 10 years old. Can I get at that fan from inside the freezer, or do I have to come in through the back?
