[LEFT]I seem to have a failure of the defrost system. The back of the freezer is all iced up, but temperature is high in refrigerator and freezer. I have changed the defrost thermostat. What can I do next?

Did you check the defrost thermostat before replacing?
Check the defrost heater for continuity. If it’s open - replace it.
If both - thermostat and heater checks OK - then most likely you have a bad control board (located in the refrigerator inside the control panel).

The defrost thermostat you replaced is located near the heater at the evaporator coil.
