Model manufactured 2014, a side by side. Leaking from freezer onto floor. I have unplugged, defrosted and removed back panel of refrigerator. Here are my questions; 1) What is causing this? More importantly how to solve problem? 2) How do I remove the freezer’s inside back panel to access the drain hole? There are no screws. There are 6 arrows on the panel. I have tried a screw driver and putty knife and tried to pry the panel off, but no luck. Do I have to remove the upper panel first? If so, how do I remove the upper components-- ice maker and water line, if so, how? 3) Fill in with any other directions. Thanks
