I Have A 2003 Frigidaire Side By Side Refrigerator That Freezes The Food On The Refrigerator Side.i Have Checked The Damper Door For Damage,broken Spring,and Frost Holding It Open.all Is Fine.i Have Removed The Evap Cover And Found The Evap Fan Working And Slight Frost Buildup On The Evap Coil Assembly Evenly Spread Out.if I Turn The Freezer Side Manual Control To Full Ranges I Hear The Thermostat Click.if I Do This On The Refrigerator Side I Hear Nothing.i Believe I Have A Refrigerator Thermostat That Is Bad And Possibly A Defrost Thermostat That Is Bad.looking For Confirmation Before Ordering Parts.thank You In Advance Dave

Sounds like you do need to replace the refrigerator cold control
Do not replace the defrost thermostat.
