fridge & freezer cooling but not cold or freezing

The fan seems to be working and blowing cold air. The fridge is not cold enough and the freezer is not freezing. Could it be the condenser?

Hi.

Check if there is snow at the rear panel in the freezer.
Is the evaporator fan running?
