my refrigerator and freezer arent getting cold. the outside of the freezer door gets very hot and also when you open the doors where the seals are inside the doors gets very hot too. I need help

Remove the front kick plate and the rear cover.
Clean the vents and the condenser coils.
Check that the condenser/compressor fan is on when the compressor is on.
Clean it’s fan blades. Remember to unplug the unit when doing this. You do not want it coming on when your fingers are in it.
