Frig Not Cooling.

Hello Everyone,

Samsung (RS265LABP) Side by Side, Frig not cooling. Evaporator coil in back of frig. freezing up. I completely defrosted the iceberg on the evaporator, unplugged for 9+ minutes to reset. Evaporator once again getting cold, but internal Frig fan is not running. Checked fan, appears to be working fine when supplied with power, so apparently it may not be getting a signal to run.

Any ideas?

Did you find the answer to this problem with your refrigerator freezing up & not cooling. We have the same model & same problem after 4 years.
