Water comes out of arms but the Dont spin. I took out motor and wired it directly thinking it wouldn’t work. At first it hummed but didn’t spin. Then the blades and impeller spun fine. Arms only slightly tut when wat starts to blast out. Is the motor still the problem or is it the arms?
