I need to order the following part but am I am not sure how to install it Help!

Cannot tell if I have to break down entire dishwasher or is it removal from inside the the washer with screws. It looks like it replace from inside the dishwasher.
Or do I have remove the dishwasher and remove from the bottom of the unit.
