We have an old Frigidaire gas range where the oven only works intermittently. I assume the issue is the igniter, but I think it’s weird that it works (sometimes), if you turn on a gas burner. Usually the oven will light, and then at some point it will stop. Then if I turn on a burner, I can hear the gas kick into the oven and light. It’s almost like turning on the burner increases the flow to the igniter or something. Does that make any sense? I’m more curious than anything.
