Washer fills with water turns once and stops, it does this in all the cycles. New parts I’ve put in trying to repair this are: Control-electric, control board motor, sub lock, sub pump, and motor. Still doesn’t spin. Can anyone give me an idea on what part to try next? Its full of brand new parts and I would hate to give up on it now. Any assistance will be appreciated
