Frigidaire Front Load Washer Bellow Seal

I am trying to remove the Front Door seal on my washer. All of the manuals and videos that I see have a retaining spring. My bellow does not have a spring, but has rubber tabs. Is there a trick to getting these out of the door frame without tearing them?
