Frigidaire GLFT1670AS0 will not add water

Our front load Frigidaire GLTF1670AS0 will not add water. I have tried all the different water temperature combinations and all the different cycles (heavy wash, delicate, etc), and the same result…no water.

However, cold water will add if I rotate the dial to rinse.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!
