I have ice/water dispenser in the door of the freezer. Ice is being made just fine. I have two problems. First, when you press the button to dispense ice, sometimes it dispenses and sometimes it doesn’t. I can hear the mechanisms "churning" whether it dispenses or not. The second problem is that I can often hear ice dropping into the body of the freezer (instead of into the chute in the door) when I press the dispenser button. Any ideas?
